VAT is included on all products in our shop.

DELIVERY COSTS depend on the total weight of the order and its final destination. Our shipping rates, VAT included, are as follows:

THESE RATES ONLY APPLY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION. For deliveries to other parts of the world  please request a quote in advance.

TIME is 24 hours within Spain and between 48 and 72 hours for other destinations within the European Union. Please enquire about delivery times for other destinations.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE except those marked as “sold out”. Many of our products are hand-made and production is limited. Should any product sell out at the same time as you place an order and the information is not updated in time, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest a similar product or, if you prefer, refund your money.

PRODUCTS ARE SENT individually protected in cardboard boxes suitable for shipping. We send off all our orders by urgent parcel service.

IF THE CONTENTS OF THE DELIVERY DO NOT MATCH THE ORDER due to a mistake on our part, we will send you the correct products or refund the appropriate amount. We will pay all the extra shipping costs involved. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, by e-mail to: contact@agrodelicious.com. We cannot acceptany exchanges or returns if we have not first received notification.

SHOULD ANY PRODUCT FAIL TO ARRIVE IN PROPER CONDITION due to the shipment,we will send you a replacement or refund your money, and we will pay the extra shipping costs involved providing the product has not been opened. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package,by e-mail to: contact@agrodelicious.com. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns if we have not first received notification.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS We guarantee maximum security and confidentiality for your payments. We use the SSL security protocol, ensuring that only the bank has access to your information, to safeguard your payment.

PAYMENT BY TRANSFER When you complete your order you can choose this option.We will tell you a bank account number so that you can make the transfer. Once we have evidence that the money has been paid in wewill send your order.
